Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation Policy Non Charge for Basic and Advanced Members
If you are not 100% satisfied with our service for any reason and wish to cancel your account, you may do so by going to your "Membership" Page on locateyourlove.com and selecting "Cancel Subscription" within 72 hours of your 30, 90, or 180 day billing cycle start. Requests for cancellation will only be accepted in the format outlined in the Terms of Service you agreed to as a user locateyourlove.com. Any cancelation made during this 72 hour period will result in a non charge of your credit card.

2) Cancellation Policy With Charge For Basic and Advanced Members
If your cancellation notice is received after the 72 hours of your 30, 90, or 180 day billing cycle your membership will terminate immediately, but you will not receive any refund for any unused days of such subscription term. This offer is not applicable to membership renewals and subsequent memberships purchased after your initial subscription. All purchases are subject to the Locate Your Love Terms and Conditions of Service.
